Kill the ghouls in there and you'll eventually meet the Stalker, none other than the hermit who gave you the quest. Kill him and search closely with mouse or ALT for the chest. Caution: It's trapped - and in it - the Silver Armour. Don't bother with reloading for better stats, the upgrade changes everything anyhow.
